Since 2003 in charge of internalcommunication and external relations. At the presentresponsibilityextended for all PW Sites in Poland.
Andrzej supportspromotion and communication of the Aviation Valley Association, and within the strategicactivity of the cluster, programs for the development of the aviationindustrycadres. Co-author of the project of the creation of the Ignacy Lukasiewicz Center for the Interactive Scientific and Technical Education. Coordinator on behalf of WSK Rzeszów of “Technical University for Children”, „Flying Physics”, and “Suggestion” educationprograms. Starting from 2012, boardmember of the Foundation for the Promotion of Educationat the Aviation Valley Association – currentlyPresident of the board.
Prior to joining WSK Rzeszów, worked for 9 years in the communicationsarea for The Goodyear Tire &Rubber Company.
Graduate of Pedagogical University in Krakow, Faculty of Math and Physics, holdsan MBA degree in Human Resources Management from The Leon KoźminskiAcademy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw. Has taken part in UTC leadership development program, delivered by ICAN Institute – Academy of Strategic Leadership – based on the Harvard Business Publishing curricula. He attendedThayerLeadership Development course.
